These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by China Edu Hub (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to students (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) seeking university admissions in China. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Scope of Services

China Edu Hub provides consultation and application assistance to international students seeking admission to universities in China, including but not limited to:

  • University selection and matching
  • Scholarship assistance
  • Application submission
  • Pre-admission notice processing
  • Visa document processing and mailing
  • General guidance on studying and living in China

We do not guarantee university admission, scholarships, visa approvals, or specific processing times, as these depend on the institutions and authorities involved.

2. Service Fees & Payment Terms

2.1 Cost Breakdown

The service fees depend on whether the student is awarded a scholarship:

2.2 Payment Conditions

  • The first installment must be paid after submitting all the relevant documents for your university application.
  • The final payment must be completed before we mail the necessary visa documents.
  • Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
  • If the student fails to complete the final payment, China Edu Hub will not release visa documents.
  • All payment transactions must be made via approved payment methods communicated by China Edu Hub.

3. Student Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your academic background, personal details, and any required documents.
  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional documentation or information.
  • Adhere to deadlines set by China Edu Hub and the universities.
  • Comply with visa and immigration regulations as required by Chinese authorities.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or unsuccessful applications, for which China Edu Hub will not be held liable.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued once an application has been submitted to a university.
  • If a student withdraws after paying the first installment but before submission, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
  • If a student is denied admission, we will assist in finding alternative options but are not obligated to issue a refund.
  • If a student provides false or misleading information that results in an unsuccessful application, no refund will be issued.

5. Limitation of Liability

China Edu Hub is not responsible for:

  • Decisions made by universities, scholarship committees, or visa authorities.
  • Delays caused by the university or governmental institutions.
  • Additional costs related to visa applications, travel, accommodation, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Loss of documents due to postal or courier services.

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a smooth process, the final decision-making authority lies with universities and government agencies.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We collect and process personal data strictly for the purpose of university applications and visa support.
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for application processing.
  • Students have the right to request access, corrections, or deletion of their personal data in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
  • In the event of disputes, parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration or legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.

8. Amendments & Updates

China Edu Hub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes that may affect their engagement with our services.
